Capella University is an accredited university that believes busy professionals should still be able to obtain the same or higher level of education as a traditional student receives. They develop programs that are based on professional standards and employer input. From this, students gain an understanding of what to expect in the real world once they obtain their degree.
Capella offers doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s degrees as well as certificates. Capella participates in several federal financial aid programs including the Federal Pell Grant Program and Federal Stafford Loan Program. Capella is also eligible to certify Veterans Educational Benefits and can provide information on other non-federal loan programs. Capella also offers grants up to $6000: $6,000 for most BS degrees, $3,000 for MS Education programs, and $2,000 for PhD Education programs.
